Bolagsverket’s app will be discontinued on 30 November

On 30 November 2026, Bolagsverket will close its app. If you use the app, you can instead use Mina sidor on bolagsverket.se and the services on verksamt.se. With a digital mailbox, you can receive mail from Bolagsverket digitally.

What can you use instead?

On mina sidor (my pages), you can, among other things, view your companies and associations, registered information and cases. You can also download certificates of registration, articles of association and annual reports.

On verksamt.se External link., you can use e-services to make changes to your company, such as changing its address, people in the company, authorised signatories and financial year.

With a digital brevlåda (digital mailbox) External link. you can receive mail from Bolagsverket digitally instead of on paper, such as information and messages about your cases.

Why is Bolagsverket closing the app?

Use of the app has decreased in recent years. At the same time, more people are using Mina sidor on bolagsverket.se, services on verksamt.se and digital mailboxes.

Bolagsverket is therefore closing the app and prioritising other development.
