In Find company information you can search current information about Swedish companies for free.

You can buy company information and different documents, for example certificate of registration, annual report and different certificates in English. You can also buy information about your assignments and about persons you are going to do business with. You can also find statistics about companies.

Which company information is free of charge?

In Find company information you can search for current information about Swedish companies and other businesses, free of charge. You can see

  • if the company has any current status, for example bankruptcy
  • if the company has any ongoing cases and pay the fee
  • if an annual report has been filed that is not yet registered
  • the address and registered office of the company
  • when the company is registered
  • if the company has registered a secondary business name or a business name in translation
  • insurance intermediaries
  • securities institutes
  • tied agents
  • information from the anti-money laundering register.

What company information can I buy?

You can buy the following company information when you log in:

  • information about the persons in the company

We do not translate the company's business activities into English.

The English certificates has the Swedish Companies Registration Office's seal, stamp and a signature in the original. Please note that this applies to printed certificates only. E-certificates do not contain a seal, stamp and signature.

Apostille

If you need to have an apostille stamp on a document, contact a notary public.

An apostille stamp verifies that a signature, seal or stamp on a Swedish document is genuine. However, it does not verify that the information in the document is correct.

Legalisation of documents

If you need to legalise a document, contact the Legalisation Office at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.

Legalisation means that the Legalisation Office at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs verifies that a signature and a seal or stamp on a Swedish document is genuine.

Why can't I see all the historical information about a company?

Sometimes you cannot see historical information in Find company information. It could be because older information is not available digitally.

You can see information about changes of the share capital from 2003.

Prices and payment

Where can I find information about the price for company information and documents?

You can see the price for the company information and each document in the e-service Find company information.

How do I pay?

You can pay by card or Swish if you don't log in.

When you log in, you can pay by invoice.

If you buy company information often you can apply to receive a monthly invoice. This means that we collect all orders during a month on one invoice.

What do I do if the invoice address is not correct?

Please contact us if your invoice address is incorrect.

Access to my orders

How do I access my orders?

You will receive an email with a link to a page were you can download your documents if you don't log in.

When you log in, you will find the company information and the documents you have purchased on the page My orders. We deliver historical certificates separately and you will receive an email with a link to a page where you can download them. We send certain documents by post.

On the page My orders you can see your orders for the last three months.

If I have purchased company information and documents, how long are they available?

Company information is available for 24 hours and documents are available for 5 days after your order.

How do I print the company information I have purchased?

You can print the purchased company information by clicking the printer icon.

Make sure to expand the information that is collapsed to include it in the printout.

My account and administration

How can I log in to Find company information?

In Find company information, you log in with your e-ID, for example Mobile BankID or Freja+.

How do I apply to become an administrator?

When you log in, you can apply to become an administrator for your account. You do this on the page My Account. As an administrator, you can add and remove users for the account. You can also appoint another user as an administrator.

How do I apply to receive a monthly invoice?

When you log in, you can apply to receive a monthly invoice. You do this on the page My account. If you apply for a monthly invoice, you also become an administrator. As an administrator, you can see detailed information about all purchases invoiced to the account from the last three months.

When will I receive a response to my application to become an administrator and receive a monthly invoice?

We usually process your application the same day or the next day. If you submit your application after we have closed, we will get back to you the next working day.

How do I add users to our account?

You need to be an administrator to be able to add and remove users for your account.

How do I use an account that has an administrator?

To use an account with an administrator, you need to be registered as a user. You can contact the administrator or apply to become a user. You can make your application after you log in.

Where can I see the reference that I saved on the page My account?

If you pay with direct invoice, the reference that you save on the page My account page will appear on the invoice. It will also be on the delivery note if you purchase a document that we send by post.

If you pay with a monthly invoice, the reference will only appear on the delivery note if you purchase a document that we send by post.

How do I remove myself as a user on an account?

The administrator of the account can remove you as a user. If there is no administrator, please contact us so we can help you.

Statistics

What statistics can I find?

You can see statistics about:

  • newly registered companies
  • all registered companies
  • closed companies.

The statistics are updated on the first weekday of each month.
