In Mina Sidor (in Swedish), you can see your companies and associations, current information and cases. You can access our e-services and download registration certificates and annual reports free of charge.

If you have a limited company and apply the K2¹ or K3² regulatory framework, you can submit your annual report digitally to the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket).

Mina Ombud (in Swedish) makes it possible for one person to represent another in a digital service using a digital power of attorney. Business owners can grant digital powers of attorney that apply to authorities and municipalities connected to the service. It will also be possible in the future to represent private individuals.

To make it easy for you to report your company’s payment terms, we provide an e-service (in Swedish). Here, you can retrieve information about the size category of a specific supplier and download a file with all suppliers. You can also view statistics on companies that have reported their payment terms.

Here, you notify us that your company or association should remain in the Swedish Companies Registration Office’s register. You only need to do this if you have received a letter from us asking whether we should deregister your company or association. In Swedish.

Swedish e-identification

Using our e-services usually requires that you have Swedish electronic identification, such as BankID. E-identification is comparable to other common forms of ID such as a driving licence or a national identity card and it allows you to identify yourself or sign securely online.
