E-invoices for business owners
Business owners can elect to receive electronic invoices to pay for our products and services. An electronic invoice will be sent instead of a paper invoice. We must send e-invoices to government agencies.
Companies must have an invoice handling system linked to an e-invoice operator, such as Itella, Visma or Inexchange, in order to receive e-invoices.
We do not send e-invoices
- in PDF format via e-mail - we are only able to send e-invoices in Peppol format
- to private individuals - we are only able to send e-invoices between business systems
- to invoicing portals - we are only able to use machine-to-machine technologies.
E-invoices are not available for some payments
E-invoices are not available for payment of
- fees for registering or making changes to companies or associations
- penalties for late filing of annual reports
- decisions on special fees.
We can send e-invoices via Peppol
Businesses must be connected to and registered with the Peppol infrastructure via an access point in order to receive e-invoices. Businesses must also have a Peppol ID. Notify us as soon as you have connected to the Peppol network and registered in the Peppol register. We can then add you as a recipient of e-invoices.
Register the Swedish Companies Registration Office as an approved supplier
You must first register the Swedish Companies Registration Office as an approved supplier of e-invoices with your e-invoice operator, if they carry out checks of approved suppliers.
Notify us that you wish to receive e-invoices
Please provide us with the following information by e-mail:
- "E-invoice notification" in the e-mail’s subject line
- company registration number
- business name
- Peppol ID
- Your customer number at the Swedish Companies Registration Office
- any specific e-invoice reference requested by the company.
Please note that we will not send a new e-invoice if the e-invoice reference is missing or incorrect.
Send an e-invoice notification e-mail.
