Our core mission
The Swedish Companies Registration Office is responsible for matters relating to the registration of company information. This includes examining whether submitted matters meet the requirements for registration and providing society with company information from our registers.
Our purpose
The purpose of our activities is to create the conditions for a stable and well-functioning business sector. By registering and providing up-to-date and accurate company information, we contribute to greater transparency and security for stakeholders in society.
We work to make it as simple as possible to start and run a business. Together with other organisations, we also help prevent companies from being used as tools for crime.
Our vision
Together for simple and secure entrepreneurship.
