We issue certificates of registration in German for limited companies and for banking and insurance companies.
Examples of what the registration certificates contain:
- company name
- date of registration
- information about the board of directors
- information about who has signatory power.
Please note that we do not translate the company’s business activities.
The certificate contains Bolagsverket’s official seal and stamp and an administrator’s signature.
The certificates are always delivered by post and we charge for postage. You can choose to have a copy sent to your email as well, for which we charge extra. Delivery by email: SEK 40 per product.
A notary public officially confirms documents to be genuine with an apostille. However, this does not confirm that the contents of the documents are correct.
Legalisation of documents
Legalisation is an official confirmation that the signature on the document is genuine. If you need a legalisation of your document, please contact the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
