About the terms
These terms apply to the e-service EBR (below referred to as the e-service). In addition to these terms, national terms issued by the network European Business Register (EBR) also apply. You will find information about the EBR on www.ebr.org. Through accepting the terms and the national terms you agree to comply with them.
About the service
The e-service contains official information about businesses from most countries in Europe. The price list Prices – Sök företagsfakta shows which products each country offers. The design and the content of the e-service and the price list may be changed at any time.
Access to the e-service
When you have accepted these terms and the national terms, Bolagsverket will forward a personal username and a password to you.
The e-service is normally accessible around the clock. Bolagsverket may at any time and without previous warning temporarily close down access to the e-service if technical or legal circumstances so require.
Obligations when using the e-service
You are responsible for possible damage caused by the use of your user identity.
You are not allowed to store information from the e-service other than to a limited extent, and if so, only for your own personal or professional use. Furthermore, you are not allowed – without a particular resale agreement with Bolagsverket – to transfer information from the e-service other than in cases when the transfer concerns a limited amount of information.
It is your responsibility that your use of the information, which you have obtained through the e-service, is not in violation of the Personal Data Act (1998:204), the Act of Copyright in Literary and Artistic Works (1960:729) or any other legal provisions.
Prices and fees
You will be invoiced according to the current price list Prices – Sök företagsfakta at the time of ordering. Payment will take place by invoice. Invoicing will take place monthly, in arrears, to the address which you have notified to Bolagsverket. Payment must be made within 30 days from the date of issue of the invoice. For late payments a penalty interest will be charged in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act (1975:635).
Disconnection of access to the e-service
Bolagsverket may temporarily or permanently disconnect your access to the e-service if you have not paid the invoices on time or if you have disregarded your other obligations according to the terms.
Limitation of liability
Bolagsverket is not responsible for the information, which has been delivered by other EBR members in the e-service, being correct. However, Bolagsverket is responsible for the Swedish information, which has been delivered by Bolagsverket, to the same extent as if the information had been obtained directly from Bolagsverket.
Bolagsverket is not responsible for damage which has occurred because access to the e-service has been obstructed or limited due to technical or legal circumstances.
Bolagsverket is not responsible for errors arising due to the technology or the software you are using to gain access to the e-service. Furthermore, Bolagsverket is not responsible for your treatment of or processing of information from the e-service or for the decisions you make based on the information.
Copyright and intangible rights
The members of the EBR network own all possible copyright and all other intangible rights regarding the information and the functionality provided in this service.
Period of validity
The terms are valid until further notice. The terms may however be changed. In that case Bolagsverket must notify changes on www.bolagsverket.se at least 30 days before the changes apply.
The terms may be terminated by both parts with a notice of 30 days. Termination must be made in writing. The terms may be terminated with immediate effect if any of the parties to an essential extent disregards their obligations and has not taken measures for correction within reasonable time after a written reminder from the other party. The terms may also be terminated with immediate effect if the legal conditions for the e-service should be changed.
Right to cancel a purchase
The right to cancel a purchase in accordance with the Distance and Doorstep Selling Act (2005:59) does not apply to this agreement.
Swedish legislation applies to the terms. Any dispute concerning the terms must ultimately be decided by a Swedish court.
