Termination of some securities
If you have lost an interim certificate, warrant certificate, convertible bond or subscription warrant, you can apply to have it terminated.
How it works
- Send the form and any attachments to us.
- Pay the fee. See paying fees for services.
- When we have received all the information we need we notify the company that issued the security that you have applied to have it terminated.
- We publish a notice in the Official Swedish Gazette (Post- och Inrikes Tidningar). The notice must be posted for at least a year. In the notice, we call upon anyone with information about the security to contact us.
- We make a decision and send it to you.
- If we decide to terminate the security, you can contact the company that issued it and request a new security.
Lost paper securities must be terminated before they are issued electronically
Lost securities issued in paper form must be terminated before they can be issued electronically. This is required for a central securities depository, such as Euroclear Sweden AB, in order to manage the securities and register you as the holder.
