Termination of share certificates

If you have lost a share certificate, you can apply to have it terminated. If we decide to terminate it, you can request that the company issue a new share certificate.

How it works

  1. Send the form and any attachments to us.
  2. Pay the fee. See paying fees for services.
  3. When we have all the information we need we inform the company that issued the share certificate that you have applied to have it terminated.
  4. We publish a notice in the Official Swedish Gazette (Post- och Inrikes Tidningar). The notice must be posted for at least a year. In the notice, we call upon anyone with information about the share certificate to contact us.
  5. We make a decision and send it to you.
  6. If we decide to terminate the share certificate, you can contact the company that issued it and request a new share certificate.
