Below you will find the approximate processing time before you may expect an answer from us, counted from the day we received your application.

Please note that the time of the postal service is not included in the processing time.
A longer processing time than normally
Currently we have a longer processing time than normally, due to the increase in cases coming to us.
Submit your application as soon as possible
We have employed extra staff to reduce the processing time, and we work extra hours as well. Despite that we advise you to submit your application as soon as possible.
